Hello. I’m Oliver Knight, a residential sales specialist with 25 years’ experience in the local property markets across Warwickshire and the Cotswolds.
For those of you who don’t know me, I started working for Brian Holt (an industry legend and wonderful man) as a school leaver in 1997. Following experience at a number of independent and corporate agents, I co-founded Knight & Rennie in May 2004. Through a combination of innovation and superior service we became a trusted firm with offices in Leamington Spa and Kenilworth. We added an office in Kenilworth and acquired Anne Reeve lettings, before agreeing a merger and eventual sale to Sheldon Bosley in Stratford Upon Avon in 2018.
Under the Oliver Knight New Homes banner I’ve spent the last three years focussing on new homes and conversions. I’ve enjoyed this period immensely, particularly the creative elements ranging from brochures and marketing campaigns to interior design and layouts of both homes and sites.
We’re now expanding our offering to include the sale of fine and period homes. I have learned a great deal over the last quarter century in the industry and I look forward to applying that knowledge to deliver exceptional value to home sellers across the region.
